Room temperature is fine, but if you are going away for a few days, it's best to place the tea in the fridge to keep it fresh and maintain its distinct taste.
Brewing Guide: Use one spoonful of tea (about 5 grams) per 350ml (equivalent of one kyusu teapot) of water at 70°C. Steep for 2 minutes. Use ceramics or glass and avoid contact with steel to prevent the tea from oxidising.
Brewing Tip: If water temperature measurement is unavailable, simply wait until no steam rises from the water before brewing.
