How to prepare a great cup of sencha

250 - 350ml & 80°C

Pour 250 - 350 ml (8.5 to 9.0 oz) of water over one tea bag. The temperature of 80° C (176° F) is ideal.

1 - 10+ min.

Infuse for 1 to 2 minutes for a gentle detox tea. Leave it in for 10+ minutes for a kick.


During my studies at Oxford, drinking green tea became my daily habit. After graduation, I had to travel a lot for work as part of my job at the British Embassy and wondered every day how to prepare a perfect cup of green tea on the go.

To satisfy my passion for perfect pure sencha, I eventually decided to create exactly the product that I needed. After a long search, I found a family farm in the Shizuoka prefecture with long history of growing green tea. The family has been producing the highest quality organic Sencha for generations using sustainable and environmentally responsible farming methods.
